What it is
We supply contract workers who work at your site under your direction. They stay on our payroll, so we handle hiring, wages, PF, ESIC, leave and replacements. You approve attendance and pay one monthly invoice.

How it works
- RequirementYou tell us the roles, headcount, skills, shift timings and how long you need them.
- Sourcing & screeningWe check ID documents and references and run skill or trade tests where needed.
- OnboardingEach worker gets PF and ESIC registration, an ID card, a uniform and a safety induction before starting.
- Daily attendanceWe record attendance every day and share the monthly sheet with you for approval.
- Payroll & replacementsWe pay wages by bank transfer on time, deposit PF and ESIC, and send the challans with our invoice. If someone is absent or leaves, we send a replacement.
